Sponsor a Junk Mail Tree
By sponsoring a tree your organization can help close the loop on junk mail,
turning waste into a resource for the creation of a sustainable household table.
Sponsoring organizations can participate at four sponsorship levels. Each sponsorship
level has varying opportunities and benefits associated with it.
The Old Growth White Pine Sponsorship at $1000
Old Growth White Pine sponsors will receive a 5 foot by 2 foot “shetkaStone” table that can be kept by the sponsoring organization or donated to a Habitat for Humanities home. They will also receive priority attention in news releases and media interviews as well as recognition on our web site as a member of the Old Growth White Pine sponsorship, where you will have a chance to include a photo and a detailed description of your organization.
The Red Oak Sponsorship at $750
For Red Oak sponsors the sponsored tree will be converted into a 5foot by 2-foot “shetkaStone” table. The table can be kept by the sponsoring organization or donated to a Habitat for Humanities home. Red Oak sponsors will be given a section on the Junk Mail Tree web site with an opportunity to post a photo and detailed description of your organization.
The Sugar Maple Sponsorship at $500
Sugar Maple sponsors will sponsor the creation of a 3-foot by 2-foot “shetkaStone” table to be kept by the sponsoring organization or donated to a Habitat for Humanities home. Sugar Maple sponsors will be noted on our web site with a brief description of their involvement in the junk mail tree project and a brief description of the sponsoring organization.
The River Birch Sponsorship at $250
River Birch sponsors will provide the funding for the making of a 1-Ω foot squared “shetkaStone” end table. Sponsors will be given the opportunity to keep their table or donate it to a Habitat for Humanities home. River Birch sponsors will be listed on the sponsor page of the Junk Mail Tree web site with a brief description of their organization.
All sponsors will receive a “shetkaStone” plaque as a recognition
and reminder of their participation in the project. To become a Junk Mail Tree
sponsor, or to find out more about sponsorship opportunities, contact the Alliance
